The Immersion Class happens on the Wednesday evenings once a month at YogaTopia in Herrliberg. For exact dates, check the Events Page

The class contains 3 elements of yoga practice:

1. 30' of Asana practice

2. 30' of Mantra recitation

3. 30' of Guided meditation

The fee for the class is the same as all the other classes: CHF 40.00 for a single or CHF 33.00 on a 10-class card.
